Jennifer has a crush on the crockpot, so we go out of our way to find stuff she can cook in it. I'm guessing Heidi's have a lot more "texture" left in them cooking that way. Eight hours overnight in a crockpot, even on low, makes for pretty mushy oatmeal. Deliciously mushy! --jay I’ve never made them that way but sounds good.
