* Since we’re hopefully having the BBQ meat-fest on the 4th, we’ll try to go veggie the rest of the week

    Kebabs were great. Next time need to clean the grill grates more and oil better because a few of the tofu cubes stuck and came off the skewers.

    For the “slather” sauce, I substitute sun-dried tomatoes for the roasted red peppers and left out the tomato paste.
